Results
• Preliminary result will be released on official website on next day of race day. Any enquiries on result should be submittedsubmmited to info.sparkrun@sephk.com within 3 days. The Organizers reserves the rights not to accept any late enquiries. • Appeals/Complaints: Award list for each category will be announced at finish point on the race day. Appeals should be raised out with appeal fee HK$200 to the Organizer within 15 minutes after the result announcement or within 1 hour after the participant completing the race. The appeal fee will not be returned if the appeal gets dismissed.

Fastest Running Club Awards
You must declare your running club when you sign up for the race(one club per person).
Each club must have at least 3 teams to automatically compete for the award.
The total time of the fastest 3 team finishers from each club will be calculated.
If a club has fewer than 3 team finishers in the race, their results will not be counted.
The top three clubs with the shortest total time will win the ＜Fastest l Running Club Award＞ top three places.
【Highest Participation Running Club】Award
You must declare your running club when you sign up for the race(one club per person). Club with the most members joining the race will win the ＜Highest Participation Running Club＞ Award
The result will be based on the official record, and the organizer's decision is final.
Rules & Regulation
- All awards and results will be presented according to Official Time. Awards will be distributed to qualified finishers.
- Finishing Time will be provided to participants wearing a valid bib and completing the designated race within the time limit. Team Finishing Time will be provided to participants of Team.
- A team’s Finishing Time will be recorded based on the arrival time of the last team member at the Finish. Should there be any member(s) in the team unable to complete the race due to physical condition, rules violation or other circumstances, no Team ranking, Awards and ranking will be issued to the team.
- Participants must complete the designated routes, pass through all checkpoints and turning point and handoff the relay baton at the Relay Zone. Participants who missed any checkpoint and turning point time will be regarded as race incompletion, and may be disqualified.
- The last leg who failed to arrive at the turning point before its closing time will be regarded as race incompletion, and may be disqualified.
